Job brief of a Business Analyst

We are looking to hire a Business Analyst who will be expected to be the crucial point of contact between our information technology capacity and our business objectives. The ideal candidate will help to further the development and maintaining reputation by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

Responsibilities include

Sketch configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Develop relationships with partners and work with them to enhance our integration
Define reporting and alerting requirements
Continuously look for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer thereby enhancing the overall functioning
Review and report on familiar sources of technical problems or questions and make recommendations to the product team
Help in maintaining system processes
Perform the function of quality assurance
Assistance in designing the documents
Communicate with the product team about the key insights and findings

Required skills

Prior work experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
Adequate experience in writing SQL queries
A graduate or similar degree in IT / Computer ScienceProven work experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Should have basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
Experience in data visualization techniques and tools
